Goodbye Summer

It is a bit late to be saying goodbye to my favorite season. I guess I have a hard time letting go. It is now October and school is in full swing. My tan has faded and I bought pumpkins today. I leave you with these last images from August 08.

One of the nicest days of the summer was spent on Cisco Beach. The highlight was when Sara served us treats from the cutest ice cream truck I have ever seen. Even better, she got to ring the bell!

My Girl

This is Sara. She is may daughter. I am not quite sure what I said to make her flash her real smile but whatever I did worked. Either that or the fact that she had just had a delicious turkey sandwich, a cold drink and was headed back to the beach. Totally content.
